Can wearing face masks really make you sicker?

Now that wearing masks are rapidly becoming our new reality, people are becoming worried about the effects of wearing a mask. You may have seen videos and posts on your favourite social media platform discussing how wearing a cloth mask can make you ill from rebreathing the contaminants breathed out from your lungs.
