Return & exchange
If you are not satisfied with the fit, style or quality of a product when it arrives, you can return it so that it reaches us within 14 days of receipt. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item. We pride ourselves on offering friendly, personal customer service and aim to make returns easy for you. Please note, our customer service team are currently facing a high volume of enquiries, so for the quickest way to confirm whether we have received your parcel, please check the tracking information of your shipment. Once your return is received, it goes through a thorough checking process to ensure the items can be resold (we believe clothing should be given a second chance to sell, rather than throwing away returns as other brands are known to). As soon as we are able to, a member of our team will be in touch to confirm the details of your refund or exchange.
Please note, as many of our products are made by hand, slight variations in size, colour or print are normal. We cannot offer exchanges and cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear, face masks or socks for reason of hygiene unless they are faulty. We only accept returns for items bought on shopatceae.co.uk. Under the distance selling regulation you have the right to cancel your purchase entirely if you let us know in writing within 14 days of receipt and return all the items, we will refund your total purchase amount.
We only offer free returns within the UK. If you are in the UK and do not use our free returns options, we're sorry but we cannot refund alternative postal charges.
How To Return
Wrap the unused item securely in its original package. Complete the Returns Form supplied with your delivery and enclose in the package. Can't find the Returns Form? please send us an email on email@example.com. We appreciate any feedback that you may have about a product, so please be sure to tell us why you are returning it. We will send you a prepaid Royal Mail label via email.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and retain it and the reference from your returns label until you have received your refund. Without proof of a return posted we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned item. Please only send returns using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns labels. Do not send the to our offices as we cannot handle returns anywhere but our warehouse. We do not refund return postage, only the cost of our tracked returns service.
Returns of International Orders
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 60 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods. Goods are returned to ceae at your expense unless the goods are faulty. If you received a faulty item, please contact us directly by email and we will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange to refund your postage expenses.

Returns typically take 10 working days to be assessed once they reach our warehouse (unlike many brands, we don't throw away returned items, but instead check them carefully to ensure they're suitable for re-sale). Our customer service team are currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries, but please rest assured, once the process of checking is complete, you will receive an email confirming the details of any refund due as soon as possible. Refunds will be via the original means of payment, and may take a few days to appear on your account once sent.
